Carpenter for Home Repair, Drywall and Remodeling

We proudly serve the homes and businesses in areas of St. Louis County and are seeking a trade professional to join our team. Most of our jobs are from two hours to two days or more with a variety of trades skills required. We are a family owned and operated.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The position is a full time Service Tech. Our Service Techs are proficient at trim work, door installations, deck repairs, light electrical, light plumbing, framing, drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile, setting cabinets, kitchen & bath work, etc. Our service techs can also accurately estimate labor and material costs for repair sales and change orders. Effective and timely communication of work project plans and concerns with customers and the office is critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete small to medium size repairs, remodeling and home improvement projects by listening to customer needs and offering them solutions.
Analyze what tools, materials and labor services are needed to estimate the project
Collect payment, create change orders and get customer authorization on a company provided IPAD
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean and in good working order
Maintain common items stock and replenish as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must own and use your own professional set of hand and cordless tools
Prefer 10 years of experience in skilled trades with a strong carpentry background
Ability to drive from job to job and productively manage your time

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
