Job Summary

As a local General Contractor, we have a focus on "smaller" projects in the size range of a few hours to a few weeks

We are looking for a Sales and Account Management Representative to join our team to manage the customer service and business development with a clear voice and strong communication skills.

We’re looking for a results-driven representative to effectively manage our current client base, close leads and manage the field technician workload.

This is front office work that requires extensive customer interaction on the phone, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This position involves extensive use of computers, paperwork, some sales, and juggling multiple office priorities.


Responsibilities and Duties

What you will do:

  • We do quality work in nice homes and need experienced, motivated and organized staff who can work directly with customers to successfully complete current projects and open doors to future projects.


  • Excellent customer communication and independent work skills
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Pass a background check before being hired
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Execute sales closing calls
  • Microsoft Office and CRM experience required


  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Native English written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully equipped home office with high-speed Internet allowing for effective remote sales calls to be organized
