Great opportunity for Client Service Representatives!

We are a small, locally owned repair and maintenance company, serving N.Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties and surrounding areas, since 2002.

We are seeking Client Service Representatives to handle incoming calls from our clients, respond to client inquiries, handle field technicians scheduling, dispatching and manage various administrative tasks and special projects.

We are a relaxed office filled with responsible people who do their jobs. We need dedicated team players who can multitask with a smile!

At this time we have part time opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years office, sales or comparable experience. Person must be outgoing, personable, self motivated, conscientious, GREAT on the phone and GREAT with computers. Position involves inside sales (no outbound soliciting) which entails answering incoming phone and internet requests, explaining our company and services and booking their service appointments. This job is the perfect combination of client relationship management/inside sales/administrative.
