Full-Time Position: we are looking for a career-minded candidate who is motivated, friendly, and success-driven. The ideal candidate will be good with technology (use of electronic equipment, multiple computer programs, websites and social media), highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

- Duties include: Supporting the Senior Customer Service Representative by entering customer information into our system, answering phones and schedule service calls. Reviewing photos of jobs each days jobs, selecting favorites and posting them on Social Media and marketing websites. Maintain You Tube channel. Assist technicians with ipads and iphones. Manage inventory of electronic devices. Maintain lists of equipment and other information in Access database and/or in Excel. Support owner, office manager, project manager and customer service associate (in that order) with administrative and clerical tasks. Assist answering customer calls and scheduling work for customers.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Previous in any one or more of the following is a plus: marketing, dispatching, customer service, sales and/or construction experience.
