Mr. Handyman is looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher/Coordinator to provide organization and scheduling to our Service Department. This role is a critical, motivated, front line position that interacts with our customer base and Field Service Technicians. This person will ensure we deliver the highest level of customer service and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and pays extreme attention to detail.

- Organized and detail oriented
- Windows OS and Office Suite Skills/Knowledge
- Service department dispatching experience preferred
- Basic Home Maintenance/Repair Knowledge or experience preferred
- Familiar with Denver South Metro, Highlands Ranch and Parker area a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interaction and proactive communication with customers
- Manage all communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat, Text)
- Accurately opening orders
- Reschedule and communication with field technician
- Tracking job progress
- Payment processing
- Maintain customer database and office records
