Customer Service Representative
We are a national Home Improvement Company. As a Customer Service Representative, you represent our company with our clients. You are responsible for handling all service requests and customer interactions-start to finish and you are the key liaison between the Office/Client/Technician. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You know the importance of being at work every day, work expeditiously and have urgency in all you do. You have the confidence and ability to run the day to day operations of the office when needed.
- Receive incoming calls/emails in a professional manner
- Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues expeditiously
- Schedule services
- Handle the complete client experience from booking to follow up
- Dispatch technicians and ongoing management of their schedules
- Administrative and clerical functions
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate-including Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Team player who can work independently, expeditiously and consistently
- Must be extremely organized
- Must be present, think out of the box and have an excellent memory.
