Who You Are:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company. You are responsible for handling all customer interactions-start to finish. You will also serve as the key liaison between the clients, office staff, technicians and business owners. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You thrive in a small office environment and enjoy contributing new ideas and initiatives. You know the importance of bringing your best to work each day, and take pride in and ownership of the work you do. You have the confidence and ability to run the day to day operations of the office when needed. You are invested in a long term opportunity.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Receive high volume of incoming client requests in a professional and expeditious manner
  • Present, promote and sell service appointments to existing and prospective customers
  • Handle the complete client experience from booking appointment through follow up; focusing on the positive customer experience and managing any customer expectations, questions or complaints
  • Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians and ongoing management of their daily schedules to ensure optimum company work schedules
  • Back Marketing to our client data base
  • Administrative and clerical functions

Job Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience and/or inside sales required
  • Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills
  • Outlook and Microsoft Office required
  • Detail-oriented with strong data management skills
  • Team player who can work independently, confidently and consistently
  • Must be extremely organized and a problem solver
  • Must be present, think out of the box and have an excellent memory
